For 20 years my absolute passion has been obtaining and maintaining the integrity of my guest’s hair with proper products and tools. It is because of this that I am able to be an artist with every hair type that I welcome to my chair. Being a part of a salon that is so forward in education, has allowed me the opportunity to travel to Italy, Chicago and New York on multiple occasions.
Travelling for education has had an unbelievable impact on who I am as a person and has influenced me as a stylist. It is very important to me to keep up to date and ahead of trends so that my guests have the best experience. From start to finish, I will ensure that I will listen, guide and succeed in bringing your vision to life.
Jenn has been in the industry for over 20 years and knew from the beginning that being a colour specialist was her calling. Jenn loves to have fun with colour renovations, fashion colours and the newest trends.
Hair extensions are another area where Jenn excels. Jenn has been a licensed Great Lengths technician for 18 years and is well versed in both bonded as well as tape extensions. Extensions have provided her guests with the opportunity to achieve the desired length as helped her guests add volume or grow out their natural hair with ease.
I've been a licensed hairstylist for over 25 years and found my passion for the industry directly out of high school. I fell in love with the ability hairstylists have to make someone's day by making them look great and feel confident and ready to take on the world!
I continually seek knowledge and inspiration in order to take care of my clients to the best of my ability. Education has been the most important part of my journey as a stylist for this reason.
I've had the pleasure of working on fashion, bridal and wellness shows as well as photoshoots. Also having the chance to compete in photographic hair competitions.
My experience has allowed me to be well versed in many product and colour lines and given me the ability to share that knowledge with up and coming stylists and of course my guests.
Ever since I was a little girl, old enough to dress myself and brush my hair, I knew that I wanted to be a hairstylist.
I have always loved the art that has been behind fashion trends and for the 9 years that I have been in the industry, it has been inspiring and life changing.
I always love learning new skills and applying them to my guests, which is why I am excited to announce that I am now a Partnering Space Specialist for Davines.
This means that I get to share with my guests the very latest in the World of Davines.
It makes me feel good to be a part of making someone look and feel their best while hearing their life story.

Kelly is the newest senior stylist to join the Cutting Edge Family. With over 10 years in the industry, Kelly is excited to have a place to hang her hat and call home. Kelly’s skillset ranges from cut, colour and extensions with a specialty in curly cutting.
When kelly isn’t in the salon working on her craft, her hobbies include everything outdoors – cycling, lifting weights and travel! I love the journey of starting with my blank canvas and creating a piece of art that brings a smile to their face.
Mya fell in love with the hair industry while attending high school during her cosmetology class. Mya is very excited to continue to expand her education during this year both in the salon and at our academy. Mya is currently under the mentorship of our senior level stylists, and looks forward to increasing her skills with each guest.
Emma is a recent graduate of the Marca College program and is working to fulfill her apprenticeship hours. You may have already had the pleasure of having Emma look after your shampoo or blow-dry on a Saturday. Emma will now be looking after guests within her apprenticeship to further her skillset.
Education
Jocelyn joins the Cutting Edge very excited to complete her apprentice hours and welcomes guests to her chair! Jocelyn will be looking forward to taking part in education at the Academy in 2024.
